I have over 19 years of retail experience. I began my career as a regional planner, developing strong competencies in a variety of functions — ranging from location planning and assortment planning and allocation to financial planning and business analysis — before moving into a consulting role, where my experience has been focused on business process improvement as well as the implementation of retail software, business intelligence and omni-channel solutions.
I have led various project teams, utilizing my strong retail background to conduct business requirements gathering, business process design, and detailed functional design. I have also rounded out my full project life-cycle experience by developing system and user acceptance test strategies and test cases, as well as conducting end user training for clients.
